π΄ Effects of Glucoraphanin-Rich Broccoli Sprout Extract on Sleep Quality in Healthy Adults: An Exploratory Study
sulforaphane (SFN) may have a positive effect on sleep quality. In particular, participants who consumed glucoraphanin, a precursor of sulforaphane, showed improved sleep quality, increased melatonin levels, and reduced levels of the inflammatory marker prostaglandin D2 (PGD2).
